Pork Chops And Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 chops, seasoned
    1 Tbsp. roux
    1 lb. crawfish
    onion
    bell pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces and brown.
    Add onion and bell pepper to browned meat.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add roux to pan, plus water.
    Cook until tender, add crawfish and more water to gravy if needed.
    Serve over rice.
