Butterfly Fried Shrimp(Great!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large shrimp, peeled, deveined and split down back to tail
    Accent or m.s.g.
    saltine crackers, crushed fine
    black pepper to taste
    eggs
    water
Preparation
    Add a little water to the eggs to thin; beat well.
    Mash shrimp flat.
    Sprinkle shrimp with Accent; let sit a while.
    Dip shrimp in cracker crumbs, then egg mixture, then cracker crumbs again.
    Lay on wax paper.
    When all shrimp are finished, lay wax paper on top and press to secure cracker mixture.
    Let sit in fridge about 1 hour.
