Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes
2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
Add ingredients and blend. Place in pie crust.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
