Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. poppy seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin tins.
    Stir flour, poppy seed, salt and baking soda together.
    In large bowl, beat sugar and butter for 2 minutes.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
