Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box moist yellow cake mix
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Beat 4 minutes. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
