Captain'S Chicken(Curry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boned, skinless chicken breasts, halved
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. raisins or currants
    1 (1 lb.) can crushed tomatoes
    salt, pepper and Accent (optional)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Rub the chicken with salt and pepper.
    Rub in Accent, if desired.
    Set aside.
    Mix rest of the ingredients in large saucepan and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
    Place chicken in a baking dish and pour rest of ingredients over chicken.
    Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Uncover for last 15 minutes of cooking.
