Lower Fat Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
    4 1/2 c. 1/2% cold milk
    12 oz. lite Cool Whip
    16 oz. box graham or honey graham crackers
    16 oz. Betty Crocker light creamy deluxe milk chocolate frosting
Preparation
    Mix together pudding and milk.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Layer a 9 x 13-inch container with whole graham crackers.
    Top with half of pudding mixture.
    Add another layer of graham crackers.
    Frost with chocolate frosting.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Makes about 15 servings.
