Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 12 to 15.
