Potato Filling(Pennsylvania Dutch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
4 medium-sized potatoes
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 slices bread, torn in small pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In skillet, saute the celery and onions in margarine.
Pare and boil potatoes in salted water.
When done, mash using just a little milk.
Mix into potatoes the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put into greased baking dish.
Bake for one hour.
Cover for first half hour, uncover for remaining time.
Serves 4 to 6.
