Cabbage Strudels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 frozen phyllo leaves, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and drain.
    Mix cabbage, sour cream, curry powder and salt.
    Fold 1 phyllo leaf crosswise into halves.
    Brush with margarine.
    (Cover others with damp towel.)
    Fold leaf crosswise into halves again.
    Brush.
    Place 1/2 cup cabbage down center of leaf.
    Fold long sides, then short, overlapping.
    Place strudel, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Repeat with remaining leaves.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, about 30 minutes.
