Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft shortening (Crisco)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. thick sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix well.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add slowly to shortening mixture and blend well.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoon about 2-inches apart on foil lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned or when lightly touched until finger almost no imprint remains.
