Hanky-Pankies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse ground red pepper
3 loaves Pepperidge Farm party rye bread
Preparation

Cook sausage and hamburger, mashing to make crumbly.
Drain. Add cheese and cook over low temperature until cheese is melted. Add spices.
Let mixture thicken.
Spread on rye bread.
Place in oven and heat through at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
