Fiber Rich Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. oats
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. whole bran or 1/4 c. each whole and oat bran
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and the remaining dry ingredients and mix together well.
    In saucepan, heat water, molasses and butter to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Butter may not be melted. Add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour, until dough is soft, but not sticky.
    Knead, let rise in greased bowl.
    Punch down.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
