Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cocoa in boiler and mix well.
    Add milk. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil. Stir occasionally until small amount in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Beat and add nuts until thick.
    Pour on buttered platter.
