Pineapple Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut carrots into strips.
    Heat 1 inch of salted water to boiling.
    Add carrots; cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
    Heat butter in skillet until melted.
    Add carrots, brown sugar and salt.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in pineapple chunks.
    Heat until pineapple is hot. Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream and water.
    Makes 6 servings.
