Grits Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. quick-cooking grits
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 1-quart casserole.
    Add grits to boiling water in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
    Add melted margarine, dry milk powder, eggs, sugar and salt.
    Beat for 1 minute.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
