Crown Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned and drained ground beef
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 can of Durkee onions, divided
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream, divided
    10 Hungry Jack biscuits
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix beef, mushrooms and 2/3 can onions. Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat mushroom soup and stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
    Pour over casserole and stir.
    Cut biscuits in half and arrange flat cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle remaining onions on top of casserole.
    Mix 1/2 cup sour cream and egg.
    Pour over biscuits.
    Bake 25 to 35 minutes until golden.
