Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 small onion
    1 medium dill pickle
    6 boiled eggs
    salt and pepper
    celery seed to taste
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil chicken, then remove bone.
    Save some broth to use in salad.
    Chill chicken, onion, pickle and eggs; then grind in a sausage grinder.
    Add salt, pepper, celery seed and mayonnaise along with some broth.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Makes 1 1/2 to 2-quarts.
