Cheese "N" Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker sour cream \"n\" chive potatoes
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cover potatoes with boiling water in small bowl. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain thoroughly. Beat milk and eggs with hand beater. Mix all ingredients in casserole. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
