Cheesy Chive Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. medium mushrooms*
1 (8 oz.) container Philadelphia whipped cream cheese with chives
Preparation

Preheat oven to broil.
Clean mushrooms; discard stems.
Fill mushroom caps with whipped cream cheese.
Place on cookie sheet. Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
