Mock Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef *
1 can tomato soup
3/4 can water
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Preparation

*If I have ground pork, I decrease the beef by 1/2 pound and use 1/2 pound ground pork.
