Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (Philly)
1 c. Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant pudding mix (chocolate)
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together by hand: flour, sugar, butter and chopped pecans. Press into a 9 x 13-inch cake dish (bottom and sides).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread mixture on cooled crust.
Mix together pudding mix and milk and pour on cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with pecans.
