Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. mandarin oranges or fresh grapes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Combine mayo, lemon juice and soy sauce to make sauce; set aside.
Prepare remaining ingredients and mix in large bowl.
Stir in sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate.
Serve over lettuce leaf.
