Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin strips
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. beef stock or 2 bouillon cubes (can broth)
    1 c. sour cream (at room temperature)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and salt.
    Coat the meat with this.
    In skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brown the meat slowly on all sides.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Saute until onion is barely tender.
