Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 oz. (1 c.) coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar with margarine.
    Add eggs and other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
