Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 split boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oregano, freshly chopped
    parsley (garnish)
    1 1/2 c. toasted, buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown the chicken breasts in 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Make a thick sauce of the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and the oregano. Place the chicken breasts in a ceramic casserole.
    Cover with the sauce mixture.
    Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Garnish with fresh parsley when served.
    Serves 6.
