Black-Eyed Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 can bean with bacon soup
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. water
    basil and bay leaf or use 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash herb and garlic
    1 large zucchini
    2 c. cooked rice (1 bag Success)
Preparation
    Saute onion in bottom of Dutch oven.
    Add other ingredients, except rice.
    Bring to boil and lower heat.
    Add zucchini that has been cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked rice.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    This soup gets better the second day.
