Pie Crust For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and sugar with a fork until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Add water and continue to mix.
    Mix together salt, vinegar and egg. Add to first mixture and mix until it forms a soft ball. Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling out.
