Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes on high speed.
    Gradually add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Fold dry ingredients carefully into egg batter.
    Grease a cookie sheet, then cover with wax paper and grease the wax paper.
    Spread the batter over pan.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
    Bake for 10 to 13 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cover a clean towel with confectioners sugar (dish towel).
    Roll up batter in the towel.
    When cooled, unroll, fill and reroll.
