Yumoney Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. quick oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. butter or oleo, melted
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 (2 oz.) jar caramel topping (ice cream topping)
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1 1/2 cup oats, sugar, soda, salt and melted oleo.
    Blend to form crumbs.
    Press 1/2 crumbs into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans over this.
    Mix 3 tablespoons flour with caramel topping; pour over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    This will set as it sits.
