Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tsp. melted butter
1/3 c. apple juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation

With a sharp knife, slit length of tenderloin, about 3/4 through.
In 1-quart pan, put butter, apple juice, onion and stuffing mix.
Combine all until well moistened.
Spread on tenderloin, packing in slightly.
Bring sides up and secure around stuffing, tying well.
Place on rack; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
