Kentucky Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except the cheese.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; top with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil.
