Chinese Style Barbecued Ribs(An Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. baby back pork ribs
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white dry wine
    2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Cut the ribs in half (or have the butcher do it).
    Marinate ribs for 4 hours or even overnight.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Drain. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn ribs over and bake for another 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
