Linda'S West Virginia Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk or whole milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in shortening; blend.
    Then add milk and blend to soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board; knead just enough to give dough smooth surface.
    Then roll out about 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut and place in greased pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Melt in your mouth.
