Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped raisins
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. flaked coconut
18 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl; use wooden spoon.
Stir in flour, cinnamon, powder and soda.
Mix well. Fold in rest of the ingredients.
Place in a greased Bundt pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool, then remove from pan.
