Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. oregano
    3/8 c. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour.
    Serves 8.
