Marinade For Steak Or Beef Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours, turning meat in marinade several times.
Save marinade to baste with if you are grilling meat.
