Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes (red and small)
    2 ribs diced celery
    1/2 c. dried parsley
    dash of Dijon mustard
    good dash of garlic powder
    mayonnaise to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on until done.
    Cube the larger ones and cut the smaller in half.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Pretty served on a bed of lettuce.
