Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    10 to 12 saltine crackers
    1 or 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
    small amount catsup (on top)
Preparation
    Mix all together; shape into loaf and put into baking dish. Pour about 1/8 cup of water over the top and place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0; bake, uncovered, approximately 45 minutes.
