Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 jar peanut butter (12 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
    Set heat control at 280\u00b0.
    Bring to a boil; boil 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn heat off.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla to skillet fudge.
    Smask marshmallow and peanut butter, stirring and mixing well until well blended (do quickly as fudge is setting).
    When mixed well, pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool and cut.
    Makes 2 pounds.
    Never fails. Crunchy peanut butter is best.
