1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Make batter from beating together the egg, flour, salt and milk.
Dip onion rings into batter.
Lower into hot fat (375\u00b0) to float.
Fry until brown, about 2 minutes.
Drain on absorbent paper.
