Beef Alamo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef flank steak
1/2 c. hot mustard
12 flour tortillas
1 red onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Score steak diagonally on both sides at 1-inch intervals in diamond pattern.
Spread mustard over both sides.
Chill, covered, for several hours.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
Stack tortillas; wrap in foil.
Place on edge of grill to warm.
Cut steak into thin slices.
Spoon onto warm tortillas.
Top with mixture of onion, tomatoes and chilies. Roll tortillas to enclose filling.
Yield:
6 servings.
