Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. ripe bananas (3 to 4 medium)
    1/3 c. water
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease the bottom only of a loaf pan.
    Mix sugar and butter in a bowl. Stir in eggs until blended.
    Add bananas and water.
    Beat. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
    Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Bake 8-inch loaf pan about 1 1/4 hours.
    Bake a 9-inch loaf pan about 55 to 60 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
