Granola Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    4 c. oatmeal
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    6 1/2 to 7 c. unsifted white flour
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and heat until blended.
    Then cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add to the cooled mixture.
    Add the remaining ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in large greased bowl, cover and let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down.
    Put in 4 greased loaf pans and let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
