Taco Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 head lettuce, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend avocado, cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in a blender or processor until smooth.
    Spread mixture in an 8-inch pie plate.
    Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Refrigerate before serving.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Serve with taco chips.
