Spinach And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

One pastry pie shell
1 (4 1/2 oz.) piece Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
dash of black pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Prepare pastry, put into 10 inch pie pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes.
Meanwhile grate cheese.
Combine with eggs, cream, milk, and seasonings.
Mix well.
Add the cooked, drained spinach and the bacon and mix.
Pour into partially baked pastry shell.
Place in oven and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until the quiche is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
Serves 6.
