Potato Wedges - Cajun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. potatoes, wedged
1/8 c. canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven 425\u00b0.
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges with skin on.
Place potatoes in large bowl or plastic bag with oil and minced garlic, toss and coat well.
Combine all other spices and sprinkle on potatoes, place potatoes on cookie sheet or shallow baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and grill another 20 minutes or bake 45 minutes.
