Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. stone ground cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 ears corn or 1 c. canned corn
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, then mix them into the dry ingredients.
Fold in the corn kernels and melted butter.
Pour into 8 to 10 muffin pans, buttered, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Serve hot. Delicious with honey!
