Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. oat bran
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar or 1/4 c. equivalent Sweet 'N Low
1 1/4 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. applesauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.
In a large bowl combine oat bran, nuts, raisins, sugar, baking powder and spices.
Mix milk, egg whites, oil, applesauce and vanilla in a bowl.
Combine with oat bran.
Fill cupcake liners.
Bake 17 minutes.
Refrigerate if not used in 3 days as they contain no preservatives.
