Virginia Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain the sweet potatoes well.
Hand mash, or with a food processor, combine sweet potatoes and all other ingredients.
Bake until glazed at 400\u00b0, then turn down the heat to 350\u00b0.
Small marshmallows can be added to the top and browned just before serving.
